First we would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the supporters who help make this possible. We extend a big thank you to our feed mills who are always there to answer questions and provide us with the best possible products. A big thank you goes out to The Grider Family Farm & Stables for all their kindness & generosity. Thanks goes out to Dr. Clint Durham as well as Dr. Steve King for their excellent care of our horses. Joe Durbin and Chad Strong do a wonderful job with the horses hooves- thanks to them as well. Thank you to Charles Barnes, our great land lord! Last but certainly not least, we also want to thank everyone who helps out at the barn & everyone who donates to our cause, whether it be time, money, feed, coupons, anything they can spare. Local adoption candidates & foster homes for the horses - Please be advised we do not adopt or place foster horses into homes with barbed wire fencing. Please see our adoption form & contract for more details.
Old tack you aren't using- we can use! If we do not need it for our programs in house, we Ebay the items to raise funds for the horses.
We have a need for farm equipment - 4x4 truck, horse trailer, Mule or Ranger, tractor, bush hog, hay conveyor, manure spreader, etc.
Barn supplies - hoses, buckets, hardware, wheelbarrows, muck-buckets, manure forks, rakes, shovels, & more
Fencing supplies - wood posts, T-posts, electric tape & insulators, round pen & gate panels.
Horse supplies - salt & mineral blocks, vegetable oil, lead ropes, baby oil, wraps, blankets, sheets, & any of your old used tack!
Medical supplies - Joint & vitamin supplements, vaccinations, banamine, antibiotics & ointment, sterile gauze pads, vet wrap, surgical scrub & gloves, etc.

Mountain View Rescue is a non-profit organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. All contributions we receive are tax deductible. Please contact us if you made a donation or contribution in the past, going back to October 24, 2007. We can now issue you tax receipts.
Please join us in taking action against the rising cases of equine abuse & neglect. Don't be afraid to speak out for the horses, as we are their only voices. If you know of an animal that is being abused or mistreated, contact your local authorities, animal shelter, or rescue!
